IMPORTANT INFORMATION

CLIENT AGREEMENT

 

My commitment to you: I will schedule time for you and me to create a unique experience from a place of utmost sacredness, respect, integrity, honesty, professionalism, and transparency.

 

 

For Spiritual readings:  Live Readings are scheduled per session. Depending on the complexity of the situation and your individual circumstances, live readings done via Zoom can take up to two (2) hours. We may go over the hour if required to fully complete the reading. The time I use for you is dedicated 100% to you. My commitment to you is to be fully present with you, to listen to your questions, and to help you get to the roof of the situation. Email readings can take up to three (3) hours to complete, and up to five (5) days to deliver to you. Emailed readings are usually three (3) to five (5) pages long, typed, including images of the cards, a summary of the reaching, and recommended action steps for you to take to integrate the readings.  All Tarot readings include a complimentary 30-day period where you can reach out to me and request clarification, plus expand on one additional question related to the reading that was completed.

 

 

Akashic Record readings: Akashic Record readings are done via Zoom, or in-person depending on your location. Akashic Record readings can take up to two (2) hours depending on your situation and the questions being asked.  Akashic Record readings can be recorded upon request; however, we ask that you are fully present and take notes, engaged during the reading. We do not do Akashic Records via email. All Akashic Records readings must be done via Zoom.

 

Spiritual Development coaching sessions and Energy Sessions are highly personalized sessions that you and I agree to on a weekly or monthly basis. These can be done in person depending on your location or via Zoom. Before starting a Spiritual Developing Coaching Session or Energy Healing Session you will need to complete, and sign the Client Intake Form.

 

 

MY SERVICES

For Spiritual Readings:  I use the Tarot cards and tap into my intuition to help you gain clarity in your situations. I read the cards drawn and relay the messages as I hear, see, feel, perceive, and receive them in a truthful, authentic, and honest fashion. I do not replace cards drawn. I do not do predictive readings; I do not read for third-party individuals. I do not diagnose, or give medical, legal, or financial advice or any advice for which I am not qualified.

 

 

For Akashic Record Consultations:  I use a specialized prayer that was developed by Rev. Nancy Haney Duke from Divine Love Institute. I follow the protocols of the Akashic Records and do not deviate from the protocols that I was instructed to follow. For more information on Akashic Records Consultations, please contact us.

 

 

Spiritual Development coaching sessions and Energy Healing Sessions as mentioned above are personalized.  Spiritual coaching sessions are interactive and engaging. At times I will ask you questions that you may not be prepared to answer, nonetheless these questions are important. Please take note of them to explore further during or after our sessions. A two (2) monthly commitment is required for Spiritual Coaching Sessions where you and I will meet for one (1) hour each week at a time that we both agree to. 

 

Energy Healing Sessions can be done via Zoom, Distant Healing, or in-person depending on your location. Energy Healing sessions can take anywhere from one (1) to two (2) hours. For Distant Energy Sessions, you and I will agree to a specific date and time when I will connect with you energetically to conduct the session. All you have to do is be aware, and open to receiving.

 

 

In exchange, you agree to be fully present, with an open mind, and an open heart, and respectful of our time together, including having the willingness to receive avoiding negative behavior or disrespectful comments or actions. For Life readings, you agree to be open to rephrasing the question if needed to ensure that we are tapping into the core of the situation, this means allowing time for the reading to unfold. You agree to avoid coming to any session under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

 

 

For live sessions, please come prepared with your questions and a clear intention to receive guidance. Leave all distractions behind, and silence your phone and any other electronic device. I open all sessions with a prayer.

 

For Spiritual readings, you and I will engage in conversation regarding your questions while I shuffle the Tarot cards after the prayer. I will share with you what I receive, show you the cards, and invite you to think about the cards about your questions. The process is interactive. You can email one (1) follow-up question. Please complete the feedback form provided at the end of the reading, or within 24 hours of the reading. Your feedback is important.

 

 

For all other services, you agree to come prepared, with an open heart and an open mind. You agree to suspend your judgment and opinions during our time together. This is critically important as it opens up the channels to communication and energy work unhindered. This is your precious time, make it count. Make sure that you are in an area that is quiet, without any interruptions or distractions.

 

 

Payment is due before our reading at the time the appointment is made. Your investment fee depends on the type of services you are requesting. We can combine Energy work along with Life Readings as needed.  Once I receive your information and we talk about what your needs are, I will send you an email confirming what your investment cost is, available times, and schedule, and include any other important documentation that is required. The Client Intake Form along with any additional information is required along with payment before a session can be scheduled. Full payment is expected before our session. I do not accept partial payment. All fees are non-refundable, including missed appointments except in the case of unexpected illness, injury, or accident. In such cases, you understand that refunds can take from three (3) to seven (7) business days to process.

Confidentiality and Privacy: There is a mutual confidentiality and privacy clause that applies to all readings (in-person, Zoom, and email reading requests). I maintain all client information, including your reading 100% confidential and private and will not be disclosed to any third-party individual. In exchange, you agree to keep my reading and its content 100% confidential and not post on any social media platform, share on any website, email to any third party, or share or disclose in any manner or form without obtaining FIRST prior written authorization from me.

 

 

Disputes: Email your dispute to eternalself108@gmail.com providing details of your dispute. Filing a dispute does not authorize you to post negative, derogatory comments in any manner on any social media platform or any websites. Please allow 24-48 hours once your dispute is emailed for a response. Tarot readings are done based on current situations in your Client Intake form, during our Zoom, or email exchanges. You have free will. You are responsible for your decisions and actions following the Tarot reading.

 

Limitations and Liability: I make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site, the information, or content including the content of readings, materials, or products included on this website. You assume all responsibility and risk for your use of my website, which is provided “as is” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied.

 

 

I do not warrant that my website or its functioning or the content and material of the services made available thereby will be timely, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that my website or the servers that make my website available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

 

 

I will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website. I accept no liability for the content of this website, or the consequences of any actions taken based on the information provided. I will not be liable for how you feel, think, or interpret your reading for any reason. Ultimately, all divinatory readings and advice arising from the use of this website are understood to be for entertainment purposes only.

 

 

In no event will I be liable to you for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, losses or causes of action, or lost revenue, lost profits, lost business or sales, or any other type of damage, whether based in contract or tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of, or the inability to use, or the performance of, my website or the content or material or functionality through my website, even if I am advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

You agree to defend and indemnify me, and hold me harmless against any losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses (including legal fees) in any way arising from, related to, or in connection with your use of my website, your violation of the Terms, or the posting or transmission of any materials on or through the website by you, including but not limited to, any third party claim that any information or materials provided by you infringe upon any third party proprietary rights.

 

 

Readings do not include solving crimes, picking lottery numbers, locating lost items or persons, predictions of any kind, readings about pregnancy, medical diagnoses of any kind, finding cures for illnesses, readings about possible spirit or entity possessions, or questions related to any kind of dark or spiritual influences, readings about or for persons younger than 18 years of age and readings about or for third party individuals. I reserve the right to decline to give a reading which violates my personal Code of Ethics.

 

 

You acknowledge that my readings are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, mental health, or any other health care service, nor any other professional advice for which I am not qualified. You agree to seek help and guidance from a medical, legal, business, financial, therapeutic, or other professional. You agree to disclose on the Client Intake Form any conditions that may violate my Code of Ethics or may fall within the prohibited services outlined above. I reserve the right to cancel your reading and provide a full refund for any reading requests for services that I am not qualified for or feel uncomfortable with providing.
