Gendai Reiki Ho Sessions and Classes
We offer Gendai Reiki Ho Individualized Sessions and Certifications for all Levels (Levels 1 through 4).
Gendai Reiki Ho is the traditional Japanese Reiki as practiced today in Japan. Gendai Reiki combines the techniques from Western Reiki practice while incorporating the spiritual practice as originally established by Mikao Usui, born in 1865. With Gendai Reiki Ho, the practitioner treats the mind and soul, along with the body. It is a powerful form of Reiki that incorporates the spiritual practice of the original Reiki as designed by Mikao Usui.
Reiki Sessions can be done physically, through Zoom, and Distant Healing. You might ask yourself, how can energy sessions be done through distant healing? We are more than our physical bodies. We have an emotional body, an etheric body, a mental body, and an astral body. Reiki is the Universal Light Force, known as the “Chi,” or “Prana,” in other modalities. Distant Reiki sessions are highly effective because the energetic healing force, the “Chi” transcends time and space. The Reiki Practitioner sets aside a dedicated time where the Practitioner quiets his or her mind, connects to the Reiki Light, and from the place of Love sends the energy across time and space to the recipient.
I have sent distant Reiki to several individuals, who reported afterwards the effects of the Reiki Session. It is a beautiful energy that has been used since Mikao Usui brought it to light in the 1920’s. Today, Reiki is acknowledged as a healing modality internally, recognized by the medical communities, and promoted by several hospitals in the international arena.
You too can learn Reiki and use its techniques with your family, your children, your pets and close friends. You can take yourself to a new level and decide to use Reiki as part of your counseling sessions with others who could use a gentle approach to help them in their healing process. Although we can offer distant energy healing sessions with Reiki, Gendai Reiki Classes are in person only. Integrated Energy Therapy
Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®) is a hands on energy therapy system that was originally founded by Steven J. Thayer, Founder, a practicing holistic practitioner since 1989, Reiki Master Professional Rebirther, an ordained Interfaith Minister, nationwide speaker and lecturer. The first class taught by Steven was in 1994 and since then, IET has taken flight and become one of the most dynamic, hands-on energy therapy systems in the world. IET uses the violet angelic energy ray, as brought to us through Healing Angels of the Energy Field, working directly with your 2-strand spiritual DNA on a cellular level, helping to clear blockages from events in your life, belief systems ingrained since you were young, and traumatic experiences imprinted in your cellular memory. A common phrase with IET is “getting the issues out of your tissues.” IET Sessions can last from one and a half hours (1 ½) to two hours depending on the client’s needs and circumstances.

Spiritual Counseling and Life Readings
Spiritual Counseling Sessions consist are highly customized to meet the individual’s needs and goals. Our areas of expertise are in grief, bereavement, developing your intuition and navigating difficult moments and challenging events in your life from a higher, Soul perspective. We offer a 15-Minute No Charge intake meeting via Zoom where you and I will meet to talk about your your needs, goals and expectations. During that time we share with you the multiple ways we can help you achieve your highest and best version. We then create a plan, set timelines and schedule where you will meet and begin the process. Sessions range from one (1) hour to two (2) hours depending on your individual circumstances. Each session is unique, authentic, and sacred shared through compassionate conversations that are engaging and deeply moving. Spiritual Counseling sessions involve connecting to our Higher Selves, engaging the help of our Spiritual Guides and re-evaluating your life from a place of personal power, self-love, forgiveness and vulnerability. Spiritual Counseling sessions can involve Life Readings, which includes accessing your Akashic Records as well as tapping into the symbology of the sacred Tarot. These are powerful sessions geared to open your heart to receiving healing from your Higher Self, your Guides and your loved ones.
