Eternal Self began with a passion to help others in their journey through life. 

My name is Ana “Rosie.” As a parent who lost a child at his tender age of 14, I understand the incredible difficulties we face in life. My journey through grief brought me to the steps of a new beginning. I have known suffering, I have known grief, I have known bereavement. I went through a difficult divorce when my children were babies in 1997. I have known the loss of an incredible career, combined with not being valued, not being appreciated, and having to reinvent myself from a place of emptiness.

I am here to tell you that you can heal. I am here to help you step through the door of self-discovery, self-love, and appreciation for what you have gone through. The person you are today is a result of the torrential rains you experienced in your life. There is no mistake you are here. You are meant to be here now.

From the days full of darkness and pain when Bradford, my 14-year-old-son took his life, I transcended the emotional “death” and rose from its ashes like a phoenix. I reinvented myself and forged a new path in my life as I picked up the pieces of my broken heart. I had no choice but to do so. I did not have the luxury to crawl into a corner and stop breathing. I had three (3) surviving children who needed me, and a husband whom I could not abandon. It was through God’s grace, his everlasting lovingkindness, and His strength that I was able, with time, support, and patience, to redesign myself. The “new me” emerged from the ashes of suffering through forgiveness, self-love, and Divine trust.

I am here to help you do the same. You do not have to walk your path alone. We are one human family, and although our situations, our lives and circumstances vary, we all feel pain, suffering, and need a little help seeing through the grey clouds of emotional pain and difficult circumstances in life.

My commitment in life is to become the best version of myself, and use the gifts that I have been given to help others become their best version of themselves. It is my mission. It is my passion.

Marianne Williamson said in her book “A Return to Love: Reflections on the principle of A Course in Miracles,”

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

I do not do this work alone. I am accompanied by tremendous souls in the spiritual world who guide me with helping you. It is an “US” relationship and not a “me.” Know this, you also are accompanied through life by tremendous souls that honor the sacred contract you forged through Divine Love.

Come and take my hand. Walk with me in this remarkable journey we call life. Let us hold hands, trust, knowing that we can fly like eagles, rise up like phoenixes and live our best life possible. Do not be afraid of discovering the eternal self you truly are, and step into a path of healing, forgiveness, and new beginnings.
