ENERGY SESSIONS
We offer several energy practices which include Gendai Reiki Ho, Pranic Healing, Integrative Energy Therapy (IET). Sessions can be in-person depending on your location with the option to do distant sessions or via Zoom.
Energy sessions are focused on helping you gain a heightened sense of peace, harmony, an enhanced sense of well-being and a greater state of relaxation. When the mind is in a state of peacefulness and relaxation, you make choices about your life from a place of personal power and not fear. Energy sessions are geared to help you achieve these states by your willingness to be open to experience the Divine Love from our Creator Source.

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
Our Spiritual Development sessions are focused on helping you recognize your inner wisdom and inner guidance. All answers are within. When tragic events occur in our lives, whether it is the death of a loved one, a divorce, illness or any other difficult moments you may feel lost and hopeless. This is where we can help you. Our Spiritual sessions are individualized and personalized, so no two sessions are the same. We co-create a plan together to help you navigate the waters of grief, manage stress, and bring to life your inner power and strength. LIFE READINGS
We offer individualized, one-on-one personal readings to help clarify situations and gain insights into difficult circumstances you may be facing. This includes being able to determine what options you have with specific circumstances and what do you need to know to make the best choice. Life Readings are comprehensive, detailed oriented and specific to situations. We specialize in career, relationship and spiritual guidance readings.
Readings can be done via Zoom or via email request.
